The Gavotte sweater is a bottom-up sweater, with raglan construction. It is knitted entirely in lace and cables on the body, as well as on the sleeves.
It's a complex-looking sweater, but the modern shape makes it easy to wear every day.
This pattern requires an advanced level of knitting.
Sizes:
91, 101 (111, 121, 131) 141, 151 cm finished garment circumference
Recommended ease of 10 to 20 cm.
Wool :
Lolilafée mohair silk “Fig” - held in double
or any other thread allowing you to obtain the correct sample.
You will need the following footage:
1780, 1890 (2365, 2485, 2725) 3045, 3375 meters of mohair and silk type thread (210m/25g)
Either
9, 9 (11, 12, 13) 14, 16 balls of Mohair Silk Lolilafée
Sample
20 stitches over 30 rows = 10cm (washed and blocked)
in stockinette stitch, flat, with 4 mm needles
Needles
4 mm needles for the body of the sweater
3.75 mm needles for ribbing

- 1 side marker ring (Mc)

- Elastic “thread” (thickness 1mm)
