When will my order be shipped?

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 working days thanks to the fantastic ESAT team we work with.

These deadlines may be extended during periods of product launches or sales in order to be able to manage the influx of orders.

Orders placed on Friday from 12 p.m. and on weekends are dispatched the following working day (Monday, excluding public holidays).

Can I order outside of France?

We ship our products worldwide!

Please take into account extended transport times when ordering outside mainland France.

Where do your wools come from?

Our wool comes from merino and mohair goat farms in South Africa, where mulesing is not practiced.

Our wools are traceable to the farm and the animals that produce them are raised according to a strict ethical and quality charter.

They are then transformed in a local spinning mill and dyed according to environmental standards.

Our base number 4 is produced in France.

Are the colors accurate?

The colors of the photos on our product sheets are as faithful as possible.

However, colors may vary slightly depending on the screen you view them on.


What is your returns policy?

If one of our products does not suit you and you wish to return it, please contact us via our contact form.

We will then offer you a refund, credit or exchange.

Please note that shipping costs will be your responsibility.

An item has arrived damaged, what should I do?

We attach great importance to packaging our precious products conscientiously, and our products very rarely arrive damaged.

However, if one of your items arrives damaged, you can contact us via our contact form and we will do our best to find a solution that suits you.


How will I receive my boss?

After validation of your order, you will receive an email inviting you to download your pattern in PDF format.

If you forget to save your pattern, you can find it in your customer area.
