Delivery
Orders are shipped within 2 to 4 days (excluding weekends and public holidays). This deadline may be extended during holiday periods, new collections, sales or confinement.
Once your order has left our ESAT, you will receive an email indicating the tracking number of your package.
Shipments of pre-ordered items are made from the date indicated on the product sheet. If 2 items in your order are pre-ordered, then the package will be shipped when it is complete (the later date).
Here are our carriers, the price varies depending on the weight of your package:
- Metropolitan France :
Colissimo (2-3 days) from 6€
Mondial Relay (3-5 days) from €4.90
Chronopost 1 p.m. (delivery Monday to Friday): from €9.50.
Delivery in mainland France is free from €100 with Mondial Relay, excluding bulky products.
- DOM-TOM: Colissimo (5-6 days), from €16
- United Kingdom: Colissimo (5-6 days), from €11
- Europe: Colissimo international (4-5 days), from €9.50
- Rest of the world: Colissimo international (5-6 days), from €20
Click and collect
Click and collect is available in our ESAT located 19 rue Vauban, 59170 CROIX
The opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Once your order has been prepared, you will be informed of its availability by email, telling you that you can go to ESAT to collect it.
Please bring your ID and your order number for this.
Returns
Because your satisfaction is our priority, we accept returns: you have 14 days to return an item to us if it does not suit you (on the date of receipt).
Please note that return costs are your responsibility.
Once the products arrive, we will send you an email to offer you a refund, credit or exchange depending on your preference.
