Chantilly 2.0 sweater
The Chantilly sweater is a perfect cozy sweater for fall. It is knitted from top to bottom with two mohair threads held together, which makes it incredibly soft.
The neckline is edged with a 1/1 ribbed hem into which a pretty ribbon is slipped which highlights the back. An essential for your fall wardrobe!
Sizes:
80, 85, 90 (95, 100, 105) 110, 115, 120 (125, 130, 135) 140, 145, 150 cm finished garment circumference
Recommended ease of 5 to 10 cm.
Wool :
Lolilafée mohair silk “Sable” - held double
or any other thread allowing you to obtain the correct sample.
You will need the following footage:
1490, 1540, 1630 (1705, 1800, 1865) 1985, 2100, 2170 (2285, 2385, 2510) 2640, 2790, 2870 meters of mohair and silk type thread (210m/25g)
Either
7, 8, 8 (8, 9, 9) 10, 10, 11 11, 12, 12 13, 14, 14 balls of Mohair Silk Lolilafée
Sample
20 stitches over 30 rows = 10cm (washed and blocked)
in stockinette stitch, flat, with 4.5 mm needles
Needles
4.5 mm needles for the body of the vest
4 mm needles for ribbing

- Cable or piece of wool to put the stitches on hold

- A flexible ribbon 1.5 to 2 cm wide, and 180 to 200 cm long
